If your study requires several sites, we offer the ideal infrastructure as an experienced SMO (Site Management Organization).
Thanks to our in-house study site, we know exactly what is important when planning and conducting studies. Through various multicenter studies, we have built a large network of study sites across Germany. Depending on the specific question, various sites are available for collaboration.
Our SMO services at a glance:
Consultancy and study planning
- Identification and selection of suitable study sites
- Support with ethics committee submissions and notification procedures
- Preparation of all study-relevant documents (protocol, subject information, consent form, source documents, etc.) for each site
- Preparation of the CRF/eCRF (established EDC and CTMS system with full audit trail)
Coordination of the sites & logistics
- Regular communication & monitoring with the study teams
- Management of study material and samples (storage, shipping, analysis)
- Planning and implementation of subject recruitment (e.g., online marketing, print media)
- Regular updates on study progress and adherence to the defined timelines
