The determination of possible genotoxic potentials is an essential part of the toxicological assessment. When using in vitro test methods, a combination of assays is typically used. 

In addition to data from the Ames test, the comet assay, or the micronucleus assay, for example, we offer our customers a cost-effective screening approach for the detection of DNA strand breaks ahead of testing.

Due to its automated performance, it is ideally suited for upstream screening approaches as well as for accompanying product controls.
